Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Just over one year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong computer and IT skills, proficient in Excel, Xpedeon, Powerpoint, and Word
• Experience using Foxit Phantom
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in using Sharepoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent organization skills
• Experience in drafting and issuing contractual documents
• Valuation of construction works
• Confident and personable with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage demanding workloads effectively
• Experience in handling confidential and sensitive data
