Our client is a leading civil engineering company specializing in groundworks, infrastructure, and construction projects. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, they are expanding our operations and seeking a motivated Project/Contracts Manager to join their team in Dublin.
As a Project/Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will utilize your robust qualifications in civil engineering and your exceptional motivational skills to lead project teams effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in project and contract management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of groundworks and infrastructure projects, with experience in either Ireland or the UK preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage competing deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
