Salary: up to £31,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience) + Benefits and expenses
Type: Full Time or Part Time - Permanent
Essentials Criteria:
- Hold or willing to work towards an Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Must hold Project Management related qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or similar Project Management qualification
- Must hold solid occupational competency in Project Management – min 3 years proven experience of managing projects.
- Ideally have experience of Assessing Project Management AND/OR Management level 5 Apprenticeships
- Ideally hold a Management qualification at Level 5.
- Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeship in Project Management Level 3 and 4 and Leadership & Management Levels 4 and 5.
- Support learners to achieve the Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy.
- Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
- Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment.
- Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
