We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years of residential experience to join our growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Quantity Surveying: Undertake quantity surveying duties for residential development projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cost management principles.
· Cost Estimation: Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential schemes.
· Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control throughout the development lifecycle.
· Contract Administration: Oversee contract administration, including the preparation of tender documents and procurement activities.
· Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
· Residential Experience: Utilize a minimum of 2 years of residential experience to contribute valuable insights and expertise to the development process.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential quantity surveying.
· Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
· Strong understanding of residential development processes and cost management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in relevant software and tools.
