Junior Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sales Administrator to join a busy Sales department for our client based in Woolpit.

Responsibilities of Junior Sales Administrator

• Processing paperwork e.g. raising orders, dealing with customers on the phone, over email, and face to face at our trade counter
• Working closely with external sales staff to ensure orders are processed correctly
• Liaising with other departments and depots
• Raising and chasing customer quotes to an agreed time frame

Required Skills for Junior Sales Administrator

• Good organisational skills
• Good/confident telephone manner
• Computer skills and knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
• Good communications skills, both oral and written
• Confident and polite
• Ability to work within a small team, under pressure and at speed
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Accuracy
• GSCE in Maths and English C or above (or equivalent)
