Title: JuniorSales/Service Administrator

Salary: £18,012 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm

Location: Enderby, Leicestershire

Our client, a leading design, development and manufacturing organisation who specialise in a unique industry, has a brilliant opportunity to join their friendly team as a Junior Sales/Service Administrator.

The Junior Sales/Service Administrator Role:

• Assist with answering all incoming enquiries from the company s clients, this could be via email, phone, and online chat
• Carrying out general administration to support the Sales and Service department
• Data entry onto Microsoft Excel and the CRM
• Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
• Learn and understand the full product range and services the company offers
• Quoting product servicing
• Support with arranging and planning workloads and efficient delivery routes for the Field Service Representative
• Assist with arranging deliveries and installations of products if required
• Processing out going post
• Liaise with shipping companies regarding deliveries
• Support internal production team where / when required
• Liaise with and support other departments as the business requires

You ll Need:

• An interest in customer service and administration
• A positive Can Do approach and willingness to learn
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external personnel
• Understanding or interest in the Textiles, Print & Packaging or POS industries is desirable however not essential
• Comfortable with answering incoming calls, emails and web chat: full training will be provided
• Ability to work under pressure and still provide a high standard of service
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to diligently follow work procedures and practices
• Good time management
• IT literate and the ability to learn new systems with ease
