We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Individual to join the team and work with key stakeholders in development. You will have an understanding of coding and be able to operate as the link between security and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing application security and code analysis to ensure that our applications are built securely.
  • Conducting manual and automated source code reviews.
  • Performing Dynamic Application Security Testing.
  • Working alongside the Engineering team to provide security advice and guidance during the development and build phase.
  • Identifying any vulnerabilities or security flaws within the applications and reporting these appropriately.

Experience In all areas of applicable legislation would be a benefit but Is not a requirement. The right candidate will above all else be able to work with Internal stakeholders to Improve Internal processes and support operational goals.
An ability to handle multiple workstreams will be required to ensure day-to-day operational duties do not substantially Impact long-term objectives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Ideally have familiarity with testing methodologies and tooling and as DAST, SAST, SBOM, SCA.
  • Ideally have experience of penetration testing methodologies and/or a relevant qualification such as CEH.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to people with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Ability to work methodically through complex code to understand it’s functionality and ensure that it meets Security best practices.
  • Knowledge and understanding of key concepts as to how applications are built.
