Requirement: Fluency in English
Main responsibilities :
- Deliver best practice incident management (1st level support)
- First point of contact for customer liaison and keeping customers informed
- of the progress of incidents
- Recording, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving incidents
- Communicating both proactively and reactively with all users and technical
- resolving teams
- Ensuring correct reassignment of unresolved or misrouted incidents
- Provide proactive support in order to consistently improve the "end-user experience"
Available training and learning opportunities:
- Training and support for Microsoft certifications
- Training on tools used to assist with Service Desk
- Potential to be trained to a higher level in the system and azure field
- First-hand experience in real-world IT scenarios, including shadowing a fully functional Service Desk
- Potential to assist with other IT related projects
