Junior Service Desk Analyst

Requirement: Fluency in English

Main responsibilities :

• Deliver best practice incident management (1st level support)
• First point of contact for customer liaison and keeping customers informed
• of the progress of incidents
• Recording, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving incidents
• Communicating both proactively and reactively with all users and technical
• resolving teams
• Ensuring correct reassignment of unresolved or misrouted incidents
• Provide proactive support in order to consistently improve the "end-user experience"

Available training and learning opportunities:

• Training and support for Microsoft certifications
• Training on tools used to assist with Service Desk
• Potential to be trained to a higher level in the system and azure field
• First-hand experience in real-world IT scenarios, including shadowing a fully functional Service Desk
• Potential to assist with other IT related projects
