AddressINFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Junior Site Engineer Project Commercial Projects Job Location Belfast Salary £30K £40k plus package About the Company: Our Client at Inform3 who are a Main Building Contractor working across NI, Scotland and England who are widely recognised for providing solutions for public and private sectors and have completed a range of projects across housing, education, healthcare and transport sectors have a requirement for a Junior Site Engineer to join their team. You will be working on high profile projects valued between £13m - £32m in the Belfast region. You will report to the Site Manager/Contracts Manager and would be a great role for someone who is looking to progress into Professional Site Management in the near future. Genuine career progression and unique opportunities on offer for the right candidate! The Role: Reviewing all setting out and levelling the site. Comply with safety regulations on all equipment. Candidates must possess ability to work on own initiative. Accurate record keeping and ability to interpret drawings and specifications essential. Give valuable feedback of selection of site personnel, subcontractors etc. Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors and consultants and ensure all requirements are actioned. Encourage safety on site and comply with company procedures and ensure the work is to a good standard without snags. Liaise with management on site. Requirements: Degree Qualification in Engineering Construction Management or equivalent. Must have at a minimum 1-2 years experience post graduate with a main contractor in UK or ROI. Ideally will have worked on setting out, checking works drainage. Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination. Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint. Clean Drivers License.
