Our client is one of the oldest and most reputable contractors within the construction industry, they deliver a variety of new build and refurb projects across a range of sectors including industrial and commercial up to the value of £30m.
They are looking to the future of the company and are keen to recruit a Junior Engineer to provide engineering support to their site teams across projects in the North West.
Responsibilities will include but are not restricted to;
- Conducting site surveys and setting out
- Provide engineering support to the site teams
- Implementing health and safety protocols on construction sites
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets and quality standards
The ideal candidate will have;
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings (with training)
- Ability to work in a team environment assisting with the smooth running of projects
- A qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
