Junior Software Engineer

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of software applications. Duties:
- Collaborate with senior Software Engineers to design, develop, and test software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as C, VBA, Python, and more
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging software issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement software solutions
- Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and implementation details
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Skills:

- Proficiency in database management systems like MySQL.

- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub and SVN.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills

- Hands-on Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, C++ or React software development experience.

- Working in an agile environment.

Pay: £31,782.00-£36,146.00 per year
