Junior Software Tester

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Quality Assurance Tester. The position offers significant scope for advancement and to develop additional skills.

My client has seen significant growth over the last 3 years and needs a Quality Assurance Tester to work on a range of products using cutting-edge technologies.

The Company has implemented its highly successful software solutions worldwide and has now partnered with a global organisation to help develop its international business.

```The Responsibilities/Duties:```

· Execute test cases, report bugs, and verify fixes to ensure the software meets the desired quality standards

· Develop effective strategies and test plans to assess software quality

· Working closely with the developers and other team members within an agile software development environment

· Contributing to ideas for system improvements

· Supporting customer systems

```Skills Requirements for the Software Engineer```

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role

· Keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is able to work effectively in a team environment, is well organised, shows initiative, is a logical thinker, is able to work to strict deadlines and to work effectively under pressure.

Salary: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
