We are currently looking to strengthen our kitchen brigade, we have a position for a Senior CDP and a Junior Sous Chef become available. Duties of the Senior CDP & Junior Sous Chef
- Can confidently cook meat, fish and other various ingredients within service.
- Assist and support the Executive & Head Chefs by ensuring that our ingredients are readily available and prepared in a scrupulously clean kitchen
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy by adhering to strict health and hygiene standards
- Multitask when required
- Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen is essential
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with fresh fish & joints of meats
- Good understanding of volume and consistency
In return we are offering the successful Junior Sous Chef the following:
- Up to £36,000 per year depending on previous experience and current skillset
