chef de partie required for a Private Members Club in London. Monday to Friday (closed weekends), 40-45hrs, Bank holidays off, Christmas off, on a 2 week rota basis with week 1 x 7am to 3pm and week 2 1230-10pm. Demi chef de partie, £29000 + tips (29-30k package). The client would also consider a chef de partie instead.
The role
We are looking for a chef de partie to work in the main kitchen. This will cover all areas of a standard main kitchen and will cover the restaurant and events within this members club. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie or demi chef de partie from a Hotel or private members club background with fresh food background.
