We are very excited to be recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef. Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef and be a chef that really cares about the food you send out.
You’ll be working with amazing produce and some great chefs, making for a great opportunity to learn and progress within the kitchen.
We are an Award-Winning Restaurant achieving the highly prestigious “Top Restaurant in the UK” at the Observer Food Monthly Awards and “Best Seafood Restaurant in the UK” by the Good Food guide. The Seahorse is situated on the banks of the River Dart in Dartmouth, where we’re lucky enough to have some of the best fish and shellfish landed in the world.
Salary inclusive of a fair share of all gratuities, overtime and £2k bonus after 12 months service.
