Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury hotel for a Junior Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to AA rosette level. The role will invole preparing meals for residents as well as weddings, banqueting and functions guests. The Head Chef is keen to find and develop a chef who is looking to get into a kitchen managment role.

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs as part of a team
- Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for restaurant and functions.
The Person
- You will already be a chef in a fresh food kitchen
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a busy all fresh food hotel kitchen
- Good attention to detail
- Ambitious and career orientated
