The kitchen serves a dining room catering daily lunches for up to 120 people, weekly formal dinners, and various high-profile events.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and elevating the culinary standards that have made the college one of Oxford's top choices for dining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes across various dining formats.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and implementation, ensuring creativity and sustainability in the kitchen.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring seamless service and quality.
