Junior Sous Chef/Sous Chef

Our client is looking for a Junior Sous or Sous Chef who is looking to work in a fun environment in the heart of Cheshire. Paying upto 38k with Live in available!!!

We are looking for a Sous Chef with the ability to deliver high quality fresh food and who also possesses the drive and enthusiasm to test new ideas, someone who is able to work well under pressure and deliver outstanding results.

As sous chef you will possess excellent knowledge of GPs, costing and of course achieving targets, as well as the ability to lead by example. You will be self motivated and be able to demonstrate cooking at this level in previous roles.

This Sous Chef position would require a responsible individual with good attention to detail and strong organisational and management skills.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within a Four Star Hotel environment.
• Support the Head Chef in running the brigade
• Be results driven and have a passion for delivering high quality food
• Ability to work within a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop a team
