Client correspondence through emails and telephone calls
(Starting between month 3-6)
● Technical & CAD drawings reviews of kitchens and specialist
induction products,
● Admin & record keeping - Ensuring data accuracy on CRM
● Learning & observing product demonstrations, with a view to
host their own product demonstrations
● Cross channel communication & liaising with various
departments, from account management, to operation &
logistics
● Client aftercare follow up
● Preparing client quotes and invoices
