Grays of Westminster is a traditional and quintessentially British business in the heart of London, specialising exclusively in Nikon cameras and lenses. Our team consists of friendly and knowledgeable staff who are able to meet and greet customers, assist clients with purchases over the phone, in person and via email, and above all provide exceptional customer service.
Your role would include any customer relations, administration as pertains to stock and sales, handling equipment and dealing with clients in a friendly and warm fashion.
Skills in customer relations, sales and telephone manners are essential. Understanding basic computing skills such as navigating a stock list, website and writing an invoice are all valuable, though on-the-job training is provided.
Work attire is formal - shirt and tie for gentlemen, smart business attire for ladies.
As we are a camera store specialising in new and second hand Nikon equipment, an interest in photography is useful though not mandatory. You will be provided the opportunity to learn about the equipment and photography as part of your training.

Pay: £11.44-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
