Description
The Junior Treasury Assistant will be responsible for:
- Daily and weekly cash reporting
- Support Head of FP&A and Group Treasury Manager in cashflow forecasting
- Perform daily matching in the cashbook
- Prepare month end cash and bank reconciliations
- Manage Direct Debits
- Manage Barclaycard, including owning the register of cardholders, management of credit limits, processing of Barclaycard expenses in Concur and preparation and posting of accruals
- Manage customer refunds and related ledger postings
- Manage Accounts Receivable ledger
- Prepare aged debtors analysis
- Raise invoices and customer statements
- Prepare month end AR reconciliations
- Look to continuously improve and automate Treasury and AR processes
- Support Group Treasury Manager on adhoc projects, including system implementations
Profile
The Junior Treasury Assistant will be/have:
- Experience in a busy Finance environment
- Past Accounts Receivable/Payable experience
- Good Excel skills/computer literate
- Good attention to detail/problem solving skills
- Be immediately available
