Junior/Grad Accounts Assistant

Our client, a dynamic and growing business based in St. Neots, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join their finance team as a Junior Finance Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with AAT experience to kickstart their career in finance and gain valuable exposure across various aspects of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Financial Controller to support day-to-day financial operations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Participate in financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication within the finance department.
• Handle routine financial tasks and provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent graduate or AAT qualification.
• Limited to no professional experience required; this role is suitable for individuals eager to learn and grow in the field of finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ambitious and driven with a keen interest in pursuing ACCA or CIMA qualifications.
