Here at ISS, as one of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for a Technical Director to head up a UK&I Mobile Engineering operation covering Key Accounts within public and private sectors, delivered by Mobile Engineers, specialising from Electrical to Gas.

This operation is central to ISS UK&I and has a high profile within the business, working successfully with account directors, compliance, transformation, project managers, and various service teams.

This Director will have the chance to craft Technical and Commercial strategies to really drive growth while line managing a small team of leads.

This role is a fantastic, senior-level opportunity within a world-renowned employer and best suits someone looking to further specialise in senior leadership while having an engineering background, plus an ability to travel when required.

Actions will include:

• Create and improve your business area's strategic customer focus by following appropriate processes and ensuring the use of the most up-to-date business tools.
• Drive and monitor continuous stakeholder management to ensure that both customer and internal stakeholders are all aligned with the terms and conditions of individual commercial contracts
• Drive improvement in engagement with all internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.
• Ensuring the right competencies are in place to deliver on the commercial contract
• Create business continuity with your team, delivered through development, succession planning and appropriate recruitment plans

• Clear, more senior leadership experience
• Ideally, an engineering background
• Good standard of industry certification
