WSR are recruiting for an Key Account Administrator for our esteemed client based in Warrington, Cheshire.

Role Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Up to £25k
Location: Warrington, Cheshire - Office based
Responsible to:Key Account Manager

Key Account Administrator Role Overview:
To assist with mobilisation of new key/national contracts entering data on inhouse system, and ensuring this is updated accordingly. You will be the main point of contact between our clients and the the rest of the business.
If you are an outgoing, efficient and enthusiastic problem solver with excellent experience in customer relations and administration then this may be the role for you!

Key Account AdministratorKey Tasks:

• Internal Team Communication
• Customer Enquiries via email and phone
• National Renewal Tenders/Quotes
• Assist sales team with new tenders/quotes
• Managing Customer Relations
• Leading in Quotes & Orders Fast Turnarounds
• Following up Quotes & Orders
• Maximising Sales Opportunities
• Support with Key Account Admin
• Dealing with Customer Issues
• Adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Act as 1 point of contact for client and rest of business via email and phone
• Data entry onto system and update/maintain records accordingly.
• Complete other admin duties where required

Key Account Administrator Capabilities, Experience & Attributes:

• Experience with Microsoft Office and strong working knowledge of Outlook (Essential)
• Contract Administration (Preferred)
• Computer Literate
• Well Organised
• Good at Handling Large Amounts of Data
• Good & Clear Communicator
