As the Key Account Contract Manager you will;
- Main responsibilities will include day to day management of Key Accounts
- Working closely with both internal and external procurement and operational teams across a defined member base.
- Monitor performance data
- Identify opportunities for value creation
- Develop of procurement strategies and managing sourcing exercises as required.
The Key Account Contacts Manger (KACM) will have;
- Ideal candidate should have a background within social housing
- Requires individuals with a sound understanding of procurement and/or asset knowledge, strong commercial awareness and a passion for making a positive impact
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- A track record of achieving excellent social and commercial outcomes through effective procurement processes and contract management
Benefits of the role are;
- Base Salary of up to £55,000 plus £4,800 car allowance
