Key Account Manager
Remote role, with Head Office based in Suffolk

Role Description
Due to the planned growth, the company are investing in their Key Account management team and creating a new role. The role will focus on managing a portfolio of clients, developing relationships and building new relationship throughout the accounts. The aim to create new opportunities and grow the accounts. The role will focus on cleitn relationship management rather than managing the day to day operations, providing an escalation point for the client as required. Providing monthly performance updates and quarterly business reviews, visibility for the client will be key.
