Key Account Manager

Your role as a Key Account Manager:
Responsible for completing PQQs and Tenders, Managing and developing new framework agreements. They will also be responsible for the upkeep of current frameworks and carrying out renewals and extensions where required. This role is home based with occasional office-based meetings. Duties include:

· Key Account management of Service contracts
· Supporting and growing the field service portfolio by exploring and selling diversification which would include field service engineers being utilised for shutdowns and other manning requirements etc.
· Handling framework renewals, PQQ, RFIs through to contract signature
· Support National Sales Manager in administration and marketing activities where required.
· Preparing reports for Senior Managers
· Negotiation of pricing, availability, and technical solutions
· Travelling to visit potential clients.
· Analysing sales data to identify new opportunities.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Sales / Commercial and marketing experience
· Experience of major service framework agreements
· Good engineering background with experience of After Sales Services and repair and maintenance of Pumps, Valves, and Rotating Equipment.
· Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
· Highly numerate with excellent command of Microsoft office especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience of using SAP would be of benefit
