Reporting to the Director of Sales and Client Success, the Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for managing existing business, developing new relationships and delivering profitable growth from within a selected portfolio of corporate clients. They will need to form professional and productive relationships with key contacts to execute mutually beneficial growth plans with the support of the global marketing and sales and client success teams.

- Determine relevant metrics and appropriate KPIs to track implementation performance and achievement to objectives
- Able to critically and objectively assess data in the business context
- Generate customer performance and growth reports which are presentable to both the Director of Sales and Client Success and the client teams themselves
Collaboration with Stakeholders
Seeks and nurtures value-adding partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and organisations to execute customer growth plans
- Identifies suitable candidates for collaboration
- Able to manage relationships to ensure outcomes
- Leads cross-functional teams to deliver on the objectives of customer growth plans in line with business objectives
Effective negotiation skills
Confident individual who prepares their position and can negotiate terms with customers to secure long-term beneficial partnerships for VetCT
- Work with the Director of Sales and Client Success to compile a diligent and objective assessment of the customer relationship with recommendations of positions of power and suggested contract criteria to the Executive Team
- Plan for successful negotiation meetings such that contracts are renewed on time to maintain VetCT’s revenue and customer service delivery

- Knowledge of the veterinary industry helpful but not required
