You will need to have a technical background and experience within a manufacturing environment. European travel may be required for this role. Responsibilities: Key point of contact Support and maintain customer relations with accounts Develop a recognised partnership with customers and instill a degree of trust Resolve issues that arise by making improvements to existing products / services or developing new ones Requirements: An understanding of commercial aspects in an OEM environment Good negotiation skills Experience in managing large accounts Experience in a technical industry, ideally fluid or gas management systems Good relationship building skills Able to read technical drawings and project briefs Good time management skills Ability to understand and discuss customer requirements Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
