- Pricing and Quotations: Prepare pricing quotations for Key Accounts, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Market Research: Conduct research into competitors and target markets to help Key Accounts managers identify opportunities for business growth.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential new customers through email campaigns, nurturing them to generate interest and inquiries.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of new customer leads, ensuring prompt follow-ups and effective communication.
- General Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Key Accounts Managers and Key Accounts Operations Manager.
Key attributes/experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of industrial tools and equipment is a plus
