- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, both face-to-face and virtually, to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate appointments for site assessments and arrange necessary access.
- Guarantee that site visits and reports by technical staff are completed within allocated timeframes and contain accurate information.
- Audit and format reports before submission to clients.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of client invoicing by month-end.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Expand the client portfolio through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct weekly business review meetings with the Operations Director.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on client satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong product knowledge and commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).
