Role OverviewThe Key Account Manager role involves responsibilities such as:
- Qualifying all assigned leads.
- Promoting and leveraging Venta's USPs and values
- Providing the assigned customer base with quotations and answers to queries as needed
- Being the go-to resource for the customer and owning the customer relationship
- Assisting the team with high-priority customer-related issues
- Recording all activities and customer data on the CRM in a timely manner
- Creating accurate and detailed forecasting for assigned accounts
- Reporting monthly on lapsing and growing accounts and creating suggested actions
This Key Account Manager role involves working with a portfolio of customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer experience and forge enduring business relationships.
You will be working with our target prospects and customers to genuinely help them innovate, improve and succeed. Part of the mission for this role will be to deliver profitable growth in line with the core objectives and the Sales Manager's direction.
