Base Location: Belfast Or Dublin

Salary: £31,000 - £46,600 (NI) or €48,500 - €72,700 (ROI) + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

What is the Role?

As our Key Account Relationship Manager, you will:

- ensure all bespoke Key Account customer requirements are dealt with in a timely manner, including month end reports and forecasts

- act as principal day to day contact for Key Account customers in NI & ROI, including telephone and email contact points

- offer sales support services to the Business Sales team, including supporting corporate sales and providing information and analysis to the team

- generate close business relationships with existing customers, including their key interfacing departments e.g. credit control, energy services / management

- interact and gain credibility with the appropriate level and functions within the customers business and attend customer meetings as required

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- the ability to comfortably interact with key decision makers within large commercial organisations

- medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, capable of using other MS applications to present financial / numerical / written reports

- a confident and professional communication style, whether written or oral

- experience dealing with complex customer queries

- the ability to learn and develop a working knowledge and skill set, covering the electricity and gas industries
