A unique and newly created job opportunity for an experienced sales/Key Account manager who has a solid background working in the labels and/or print industry.

Due to internal changes, the Sales Director is looking to recruit a Key Account & Sales Team Manager.  The successful person will inherit a portfolio of existing accounts and in time, this role will also include the management of a team of 12.
As the Key Account & Sales Team Manager, you will work from site in Leicester and use your existing sales skills and knowledge of the print and/or labels industry upsell additional products/services to existing customers. 
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
- Developing relationships wide a wide range of job roles and levels within the business
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Developing and maintaining a good understanding of the products and services that the Company offers
- Generating additional business with existing clients by upselling and cross selling
- Work to and consistently achieve revenue targets
- Forecasting and track Key Account metrics
- Prepare reports on account status
- Track orders through from production to completion, liaising with suppliers to ensure jobs are completed to the deadline date
- Monitor orders for your assigned customers and notify them of updates or changes
- Ensure that all required client and sales data is accurately inputted into the system
- Ensure Client account balances are paid and up to date, liaising with credit control when needed
- Help deal with any client/supplier issues, ensuring that any are dealt with in a swift and efficient manner
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Follow up all outbound marketing campaigns.

In return, you will benefit from working for multimillion pound business that employees over 100 staff throughout the UK.  This is a full-time permanent job opportunity: 35 hours a week, Mon-Thurs 08:30 – 17:00, Fri 08:30 – 13:30.
Due to travel to clients sites and another office, you will need a full UK driving licence.
