Key Customer Supervisor

Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UKs leading Solar PV Installation Company in the New Build Housing sector (who were recently invested in by EON) as a Key Customer Supervisor, based in our Kidderminster office.

About the role:

• The Key Customer Supervisor role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company.
• Your mission is to join our Sales Team and be the key point of contact for our non-compete Solus customers (Taylor Wimpey and Barratt) and the customer account supervisor in order to oversee customer service management.
• In this customer service role, you will need to raise awareness of any opportunities and will be accountable for the continuity of processes relating to enquires, designs, quotes and paperwork (for all projects requiring Solar PV systems installation under our Group Agreement) and any follow up contact.
• You will oversee the performance management of our delivery on site to ensure that we are meeting our service level agreements (with input from the Operations Team) and that we have the data to report to the customers on areas for improvement and our performance under the Agreements.
• Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients' needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.

About you:

• To be successful in this role you'll be results driven and have experience in sales and/or a key account role. You have excellent communication skills and strong rapport building experience, have excellent attention to detail skills, and be reliable and a team player. You must have good computer skills and be familiar with using all Microsoft programmes and ERP/CRM systems. Understanding of NetSuite would be desirable but not essential.

We're offering a competitive salary of GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 pa, along with 34 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays and a day for your birthday), contributory pension scheme, monthly wellness benefit, access to the holiday purchase scheme (you can buy and sell up to 5 extra days per year).
