Your role
We are currently recruiting for a Key Operative based at Donaghmore Hatchery.
The Key Operative is required to act up as a Supervisor during such times when it is necessary for the successful running of the Hatchery. The Key Operative is required to oversee that the hatchery operatives effectively carry out manual tasks and chick vaccination with due attention to welfare and quality.
The hours of work will be Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12 Noon- 12pm.
The rate of pay is £14.78
What you’ll need
- Must be literate and numerate.
- Ensure operational efficiency in the hatchery
- Must be able to think clearly.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Must have a positive attitude to work and others
- Good manual dexterity is essential.
- Good level of English is essential
- Good time keeping is essential
- Basic Computer literacy is beneficial
- Previous hatchery experience is desirable.
- Previous supervisory/people management experience is desirable.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- The ability to work on own initiative is essential
- The ability to organise and prioritise work is essential

- Mechanical aptitude essential
