The School and Role

A First School in the Newcastle Upon Tyne area are looking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Teacher to work full-time, commencing as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be working within a Year 1 class, with all pupils working at varied levels. The school pride themselves on building strong relationships and encouraging all pupils to achieve to a high standard. This is a long-term role with potential to turn permanent.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have:

• Experience of teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Experience of delivering Read, Write, Inc Phonics.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
