Form of workA fantastic Part Time opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-known automotive company based in Reading (hybrid).
This role will be right for you if you have 1 year+ experience in finance with emphasis on experience within banking, cash books and accounts processes and are looking to take your next step with a successful company with a very social culture.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and post daily banking and petty cash
- Scan and post purchase ledger invoices onto system
- Allocate payments
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Credit control
- Monthly BACS run
- Sales and purchase ledger reconciliations
- Ad hoc projects
- Liaison with other departments to improve systems and communication
Requirements:
- Good Excel skills.
