Active Recruitment are working with an Outstanding mainstream Primary School in Welwyn Garden City, who are seeking Teaching staff across Key stage 1 to start in September 2024 on a permanent basis. The school are looking for someone who can plan and deliver interactive and engaging lessons.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Key Stage 1 Teacher
- Plan and teach well-structured lessons following the school curriculum
- To plan lessons and activities to meet pupils individual learning needs
- To use a range of appropriate strategies and follow school policies for teaching, behaviour management and classroom management
- Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievement of pupils
- Adapt teaching and lessons to meet the needs of all students
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
