THIS IS A 6 MONTH KICKSTART PLACEMENT WHICH IS ONLY OPEN TO CANDIDATES AGED 16-24 YEARS OLD WHO ARE OUT OF WORK AND CLAIMING UNIVERSAL CREDIT.  AS PART OF THE SELECTION PROCESS, YOU WILL NEED TO BE CONFIRMED ELIGIBLE BY YOUR JOB CENTRE WORK COACH. Kickstart Junior Technical Partner – Overview Of The Company:


Trust Payments is a leading Fintech payments company. Their mission is to help businesses optimise their customer experience by providing speedy and seamless payments that are both online and in person. Combination of working from home and office based. All our offices are Covid secure.


Kickstart Junior Technical Partner – Overview Of The Role:


The main purpose of this role is to support the Online MAF (Merchant Application Form) and Partner Portal team in responding to all partner/merchant/internal Trust Payments queries relating to the Partner Portal and Online MAF. The main duties and responsibilities include:


– Taking ownership of issues reported


– Speak non-technical language to ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem


– Track issues through to resolution accurately and talk through a series of actions, either via email, phone, or chat until issue has been resolved


– Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams


– A-ccess and maintain internal database and merchant application forms


– Set up new users' accounts and deal with password issues


– Grow your knowledge and skills within MAF and Partner Portal team


– Build a deep product knowledge of Trust Payments offering


– Learn to adapt and operate in a challenging and fast paced environment.


– Deep dive and become subject matter experts on the use of internal business systems.


Kickstart Junior Technical Partner Essential Skills:


You must have a general interest and aptitude for IT, particularly in coding and programming, and the desire to be trained in this area. As well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills
