£22,020 per annum (pro rata’d based on agreed hours) and assistance with travel within a 5 miles radius.

Part time (9:30am - 2:30pm)

Every Monday and alternate Saturday & Sunday - 5 hours per shift

Your main duties will include basic food preparation, keeping the kitchen and restaurant clean along with Front of House duties.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting all Chefs within the kitchen environment to provide a first-class customer experience by delivering a high-quality food service.

• Basic food preparation

• Disposing of food waste, emptying bins

• Washing up and clearing and cleaning the kitchen surfaces and areas

• Unloading and putting away deliveries

• Ensuring adequate supplies of clean utensils and crockery

• Clearing and sanitising tables in dining area, sweeping and mopping floors in kitchen and dining area

• Deep cleaning fridges and storerooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety

• Taking action to minimise wastage at all stages of food production

We’d love to meet someone with:

• A passion to support kitchen staff in producing high quality food and food service

• Ability to work on own initiative as well as an effective team player

• Attention to detail

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to communicate at all levels

• MS Word, Excel, Outlook experience

• Appropriate Food Hygiene Certificate would be desirable but not essential
