Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Help with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations
