Form of work- To Assist the kitchen manager in keeping the kitchen and dining hall clean and tidy and helping to provide a lunch for the pupils of the School on a daily basis.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
- Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of food.
- undertake cleaning and washing up as directed in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Good standards of hygiene
- Ability to use of kitchen equipment, knives for food preparation
- to be able to exchange of information with other catering and dining area staff.
- Able to understand and follow instructions.
