Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen staff in meal preparation and cooking
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the culinary team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Taking orders, packing orders.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen utensils and equipment
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining inventory and stocking supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
