Customer Co- Ordinator

Up to £30.000 depending on experience.

Our client is recruiting for Customer Co-Ordinators to work within their busy and successful teams. Are you looking for a permanent role where you are customer first? Can you offer outstanding customer service whilst working towards office SLA's.

Job Role:

• Providing outstanding service to major key accounts


• Working closely with Supply Chain focusing on tracking and monitoring customer orders


• First customer point of contact providing proactive communication on all order related matters and ensuring best possible Customer Experience

• Focus on targets for On Time Delivery performance by proactively managing backlog.

• Account management of Key customers


• Develop communications and relationships between Our company and key stakeholders.


• Managing all client queries in a timely and professional manner


• Use problem solving skills and own initiative to respond to queries regarding delivery or invoice challenges. Take the necessary corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.
