Kitchen Designer/Shareholding Director

Simon Acres Recruitment are working with an established luxury British high-end kitchen and bedroom retailer based in Kent, who are looking for a Kitchen Designer/Shareholding Director.

Offering a basic salary of £32,500, plus commission with an OTE of up to £65,000, plus profit share.

A fantastic opportunity to become a share-owning Director, working from a luxury showroom with the view of ownership. You will possess a strong track record in design and sales within high-end kitchen market.

The Role:

• Selling bespoke, handmade furniture.
• Having an excellent and advanced knowledge of kitchen design.
• Designing using Compusoft Winner.
• Understanding the customers' brief and turning it into reality, exceeding all
• expectations.
• Handling all aspects of the design and planning, including on-site surveys.

• Demonstrating an excellent standard of customer care and service.
• Achieving sales in line with your agreed personal sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Designing kitchens using CAD software (Winner is preferable).
• Experience of working within the higher-end luxury market.
• Hold a passion for design.
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated.
• Clean driving licence

• High-end kitchen knowledge.
• High attention to detail, professional with excellent sales acumen.
• Proven track record in kitchen design and able to provide examples of own design work as well as sales figures (circa. £750,000 p/a).
