Location: Albany, NY

Salary: $60,000 to $65,000

About the Client

My client is one of the hottest in the entertainment business, with amazing venues, ft bowling alleys, arcades, laser tag, and more! They are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee their back-of-house operations.

Kitchen Manager Duties:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth back of house operations and high culinary standards
• Coordinate with the front of house operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests
• Assist with the recruitment, training and management of culinary team members.
  Provide continuous training and development opportunities to ensure compliance
• Assist HR in establishing appropriate staffing levels
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, storage, and safety
• Establish and manage cost controls and budgets
• Create and maintain a positive work environment

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• At least 3 years of Kitchen Management experience
• Experience in controlling BOH financials including food and labour
• A natural leader that can motivate and inspire a strong team
• Great communication skills
