The Summer Isles Hotel is tucked away in the vast, natural and ruggedly beautiful landscape of the Western Scottish Highlands. You will take pride in the organisation, efficiency and cleanliness of the KP area of the kitchen. The role will include dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning, unloading and helping to put away deliveries, emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors, ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly. You will also deep clean the fridges and store rooms to maintain and comply with related hygiene standards.
This could be your break into the world of catering and hospitality!
The position is available from late March until end October 2024.
Previous experience is required as well as tenacity during intense shifts. You will be hardworking with an eye for detail. Team spirit and a sense of belonging to a great team is a big part of this role.
Candidates must be able to work in the UK (post Brexit) with a valid Visa or with an EU settlement scheme status.
