SalaryAs a Kitchen porter , you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness , hygiene and orderliness are maintained at all times. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dishwashing- Efficiently and effectively washing dishes ,utensils and kitchen equipment .
- Cleaning Keeping the kitchen surfaces ,floors, and equipment impeccably clean and sanitised
- Assistance - Supporting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks when necessary .
- Organisation- Managing waste disposal and recycling , ensuring the kitchen is well- organised and in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Adaptability- Being ready to assist in various kitchen duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen porter or in a similar role is preferred but not essential .
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and focus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evening , weekends, and holidays as required.
