What a Kitchen Porter does at JW Lees:

• You’ll play a main part in keeping the kitchen running efficiently and spotlessly clean during and after service
• You'll be responsible for cleaning utensils and dishes along with general kitchen duties and on occasion basic food and ingredients preparation
• Be conscious of Health & Safety in the Kitchen, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors
• Be keen to learn new skills and progress
• You’ll get the chance to shine, contribute to our success each and every day and our team will give you their full support to help you to rise to the top

Where you will be working:

The Trearddur Bay Hotel, the best seaside hotel on the island. We are a busy 4 star hotel with a fine dining Bay Restaurant, a popular pub; The Inn at the Bay, our incredible new 1828 outdoor bar & pizza kitchen, indoor swimming pool, plus full conference and banqueting facilities in the Penrhos centre, alongside 47 guest bedrooms. You will be part of a large team who pride themselves on their levels of customer service and work hard together to deliver our high standards. In our most recent staff survey 95% of the team would recommend us as a good place to work. Cross training is available to those that want to learn hospitality as a whole.
